Interprofessional Clinical / Practical Placements
The two Universities are organising practical placements for interprofessional teams of students in medical and allied health professions in rural and/or remote areas. Opportunities for student team placements will be available in:
- South East NSW
- Regional areas of South Australia including the Spencer Gulf region
- The Northern Territory
Team placements will provide opportunities for students to develop greater understanding and empathy with other medical and health professionals. These placements reflect the cultural change in the national approach to medical and health care.
