JAG Marketing & Development Working Party

Terms of Reference

The Marketing & Development (MD) Working Party has been established to create an effective and efficient delivery of marketing and development related activities for the College of Medicine, Biology & Environment (CMBE) and the College of Physical Sciences (CPS), The Australian National University (ANU).

The Working Party will undertake the following:
  • Fully integrate processes and activities of the marketing and development function area for the Joint Colleges in accordance with the policies and procedures of ANU marketing.
  • Formation of the JAG marketing function team (including defining the JAG marketing structure, implementation of nodes and staff, and reviewing/updating of classification, supervision and reporting lines)
  • Reviewing administrative processes and mapping of business processes
  • Development of a service charter
  • Designing and updating JAG Marketing and Development website
  • Communication and consultation with stakeholders

Meeting Dates

An initial Marketing & Development Working Party meeting was held on 10 June 2009, with a second follow-up meeting on 17 June.

A strategic directions meeting was held on Monday 29 June, after which the Working Party will move to the fortnightly meeting schedule at 11.30 on Wednesdays.
