Terms of ReferenceThe Change Management Advisory Committee has been established to facilitate coordination and cohesiveness in the recommendations presented by each of the Joint Administration Group (JAG) Function Working Parties during the Joint Colleges Change Management process. The Change Management Advisory Committee will be responsible for:
• facilitating the implementation of the changes across the two Colleges and the nine Schools, ensuring alignment with the objectives of the change management proposal and following the direction of the Change Management Steering Committee. • liaison between School EOs/School Managers and each of the College Change Management Working Parties, providing a “whole of process” outlook to business processes and services. The Committee will provide advice which assists in ensuring services which move between JAG function groups and between schools and function groups are seamless and that customer focused services result from the change process. • investigating and recommending an integrated communication strategy for the Joint Administration Group. • liaising with the Change Management Steering Committee and the Joint Colleges Executive Committee on the progress of implementation. In addition to the core activities of the Committee, this Committee may be utilized as a forum for dissemination of information for consultation, contemporaneously with other consultation forums.
