Terms of Reference

The Finance Working Party has been established to create an effective and efficient group responsible for all Finance related activities for the College of Medicine, Biology & Environment (CMBE) and the College of Physical Sciences (CoPS) of The Australian National University (ANU).

The Working Party will undertake the following:

Establish the core responsibilities of the Finance group;
Fully integrate both current College Finance groups into one co-ordinated team;
Develop a service delivery model for the CMBE and CoPS;
Investigate and establish ‘nodes’ within the CMBE and CoPS;
Define and map the business processes within the new service delivery model.
