The Australian National University (ANU) is an education-intensive research institute of international distinction. To help the University maintain its position of distinction in the world, it is critical that the ANU College of Medicine, Biology and Environment and ANU College of Physical Sciences constantly seek to improve the quality of our research and education; respond to external pressures and ensure that our administration and technical support functions provide seamless assistance to the research and educational agendas of the Colleges and University.

This means that 'change' is in some form a constant presence in our work. Change ensures that we remain internationally competitive and produce work that is best practice and of the highest quality.

Consistent with University policies, consultation and collaboration with staff in all change management processes is very important in the ANU College of Medicine, Biology and Environment and ANU College of Physical Sciences. We aim to involve and inform staff in change management processes whenever possible.
